Order processing:

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping rates and delivery times:

We currently ship across the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is $8 (free on orders over $70) with an estimated delivery of 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping is $15 with an estimated delivery of 1 to 2 business days. Delivery estimates begin once your order ships, not when it is placed, and are not guaranteed.

 

Order tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

 

Incorrect addresses:

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

 

Delays, lost, or damaged shipments:

If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us using the details on our store and we will help make it right. For damaged or incorrect items, please also see our Return and Refund Policy.
